This is take two for these two, we tried a month ago to capture their engagement session but mother nature decided to storm on us and scared us off with some major lighting. So last night we went back to Philippe Park in Safety Harbor which is close to where they live to capture their engagement session. Kacie wanted photos by the water and fell in love with all the beautiful trees and backdrops. Steven brought along his red pick up truck and I LOVE how those images turned out, I had so much fun with them and I can’t wait for their wedding in April!

I am so excited to share this sneak peek of Kathy and Carlos’s engagement session, we went for a simple stroll around Lake Mirror. We came up with the idea for this session when we first met each other at Lakeland Brewing Company to chat about their wedding day, the sun was setting over the lake and it was just breath taking. I can’t wait for their wedding this December at the Sorosis building!

Last night I met up with Anna and Blake for a sweet and simple engagement session at Bok Tower Gardens and Pinewood Estate in Lake Wales, Florida. We prayed that the rain stay away but that the clouds provide us with this amazing soft light that set the most romantic mood.

It was like we had the entire place to ourselves, I think these gardens are magical, no matter when I go the atmosphere is always perfect – even if we all were sweating to death by the end. Anna and Blake had never been to this place and so I just let them explore and the rest was truly them, these two are so in love, none of these images are posed – this is just them, it was perfect!
